The propert has a washing machine, a shared BT wi-fi for the flat and a secure parking spot (others are available but would need to talk with the owners first). No bills are included in with the rent. The property is a 5 minute walk from Gunwharf and is a 10 minute walk to town (commercial road). The property is fully furnished and ready for someone to move in ASAP. Due to the tenancy agreement no pets are allowed.
