Looking For A Housemate

The house is a 3 bedroom end of terrace house in a quiet area of Paulsgrove, it is a short walk to the local shops and about a 5 minute drive to Tesco’s, many more shops and also to the M275 and M27. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the A27 and QA hospital in the car. There is a bus stop at the end of the road with regular buses.

The bedroom is a furnished double room (13ft 8in x 8ft 6in approx 4.18m x 2.6m) with a single built in wardrobe with shelf above and 2 chest of drawers with the option of a wardrobe from the spare bedroom if that’s what’s preferred, I am happy to move some furniture around to accommodate you. The tv can play dvds but would need a freeview box to watch telly.

There is a shared upstairs bathroom with bath and shower attached. There is cupboard space also.

There is a small spare room which can be used for visitors, I am also happy to have children here.

There is a shared living room which has virgin installed and broadband.

The kitchen is large with cupboard space, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The conservatory is large with a sofa, a freezer and a tumble drier.

There is a nice size back garden and a brick shed which also has a working toilet in.

I do have 2 pet tortoises which do live inside but they do have a run outside for nice sunny days.

There is no smoking in the house so all smoking is confined to either the front or back garden.

I require £100 to hold the room which will then be taken off the first months rent.

I am a pretty laid back person but would like someone that will tidy up behind them self.
