En-suite Bathroom with shower over bath & built-in vanity unit with 2 drawers and wall mounted mirror.

There is a good size communal living/kitchen area which has a large corner sofa, dining room table and benches, large wall mounted TV with Full Virgin TV Package

The modern fitted kitchen has 2 x ovens, hobs and extractor fans, 1 x dishwasher, 2 X washing machine and 2 x tumble dryer, 2 x Fridge/Freezers, 1 x Microwaves.

The front of the property has a secure bike and bin storage facility.

All communal areas are cleaned once a fortnight by Pro Pods approved housekeeping company.

An additional service can be provided to tenants which can include a change of bed linen and towels, room hoovered and ensuite cleaned (additional costs apply).

The property is in Kingston Road, Portsmouth and is located close to North End Shopping Centre, bars and restaurants. Hilsea and Fratton train station is approx. a 10/15 min. cycle ride and 2 min walk to bus stops.
