Double room, allocated parking

This is a furnished, spacious double room available, broadband and all bills are included. It is a two bedroom house in Copnor, Portsmouth. There is an allocated parking bay with enough room for my car and one other. This house has the bathroom on the ground floor as it is a small corner property. Ideally I would make the room available for a working professional. There have been changes to the property since pictures were taken, so a viewing would be required.

The room is spacious and may be suitable for a couple, previous lodgers were a couple. However, the house is small so a viewing would be required. If a couple would like to rent the room I would ask for £650/month.
