Relaxed Friendly Person for Double room

From 2 months Ok if it helps someone in need of a short stay. How ever, I do prefer from 6 months you can extend your stay longer 12 months or more if you wish. This would be OK. This is not a problem to extend your house contract . Please just let me know.

Double Room available from 8th August 2026
£620 per month

Single room available 1st September 2026.
£420 a month , £150 deposit

£150. Deposit for the rooms. Is held in a holding account. Not in my current account.
Which is given back by a bank transfer , Or this can be used towards your final month's rent with your months' notice.

One has to pay the full months rent value of £620 if you decide to go .

Or Your full months rent of the Single room £420 if you take the single room. As your final months payment.

I also need a short email to let me know , If you want to leave.
Which I can print off from my printer for my records,

My room rents are always taken from usually first from each 1st of each month by a bank transfer into my bank account.
This might change some times, If the room is taken a few days after the 1st.

TV cables and Internet connection in your room. You're welcome to bring your own TV, If you wish to.
My spare TV is being used by the person, in my single room at the moment .

My Sitting room , is only shared sometimes.
Mostly for meals, as I have a dinning table in sitting room and a small kitchen table with chair.

Some times, I have a house movie evening, when you're able to join me downstairs to watch a movie or some thing nice all together. I feel this makes the home feel more homely, When we watch something nice together.

Or you can watch TV, in your own room , if you prefer.
I have Prime and Netflix's TV on my TV down stairs.

No one under age 30 please, You must also have a full-time job. A professional person non smoker or non vaper . Must not drink too much.

I have one Shower/ Bath room.
Close to the bedrooms

No Children ,No Couples
I have a sitting room/ dinning area down stairs Kitchen and small garden.

House Appliances and Connections

I have a Grill Electric, with oven. Micro wave.
Gas boiler. Washing machine .
The House has WIFI and TV Connection in the rooms. I give you the house WIFI / Broadband code when you arrive.

I have all my Utility Papers up to date to show you. Tax Band B

If I write to you, Please read and reply back to my mail.
As soon as possible. Before the person pops over to view the room. I like to speck to the person on the phone, Just for a quick chat.
