Large room available for SINGLE occupancy only! SORRY NO guest stay overs! TV in room with Amazon fire stick, . Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Very peaceful and clean family home and we like it thatt way! If your noisy and like parties this is not the home for you. If you like peace, mutual respect and privacy then your welcome. We are social and friendly, but respect each other’s space. Some of us work NIGHTS so respect is essential both ways. Broadband included along with ALL bills! Area is very peaceful and a very high sought after neighbourhood. Cul-de-sac road and we are at the end. So NO passing traffic and fairly easy to park in road. Smoking is permitted in the garden only and NEVER in the house! Please note: it is essential that a new flat mate observes and respects the peace and quiet of others!! Thanks Gary.
