We have 4 beautiful and very large rooms available in this fantastic house share in Southsea close to the beach and local amenities.

All rooms are fully furnished, there is even a small fridge and a kettle in each room for your convenience. The rooms are nice and spacious with plenty of space.

We are preferably looking for a professional who likes enjoying a clean and quiet house share and is respectful towards other tenants but we do accept housing benefit as well. In return, we promise a good atmosphere, quick maintenance repairs (if needed), regular cleaning by a professional cleaner.
