GUARANTOR CRITERIA (IF REQUIRED):

• Must prove annual income of at least 36x the monthly rent and have good general money management
• Must be permanently living in the UK for more than 3 years and provide proof addresses
• If currently renting, must provide a landlord reference to ensure rent is paid on time
• Must have a credit file with no adverse credit
