We are looking for an extremely clean, tidy and respectful PROFESSIONAL aged between 23-40 years of age in order to keep the culture and interests of the house aligned.

The nearest convenience stores are an Aldi and Lidl that are both within a 3-5 minute walk. Commercial Road (Portsmouth Town Centre) is around 1 mile away and Gunwharf Quays being around 2 miles away. Southsea seafront is around the same distance. QA Hospital (A&E) is just an 8 minute drive away or 15 minutes on the bus or by bike and the nearest doctors surgery is Kingston Crescent which is a 2 minute walk.

• Must have a credit file with no adverse credit
• Must prove an annual income of at least 30x the monthly rent
• Must provide proof of address and a landlord reference if you are currently renting

If you do not meet any of the above criteria, we may ask for a guarantor.

GUARANTOR CRITERIA (IF REQUIRED):

• Must provide proof of identity
• Must have a credit file with no adverse credit
• Must prove an annual income of at least 36x the monthly rent
• Must provide proof of address in the UK
• Must also provide an employment, and landlord reference where applicable, if you wish to use the deposit replacement

If you do not have a suitable UK based guarantor, you may be able to use our guarantor scheme instead (please ask for details).
