We are looking for an extremely clean, tidy and respectful PROFESSIONAL aged between 25-40 years of age in order to keep the culture and interests of the house aligned.

No couples, sorry.
No naval base workers, sorry.

The nearest supermarket is a Lidl around 5 minutes away. Commercial Road (Portsmouth town centre) is around 1.5 miles away and Gunwharf Quays being around 2 miles away. Southsea seafront is around the same distance.

• Must provide proof of identity
• Must have a credit file with no adverse credit
• Must prove an annual income of at least 36x the monthly rent
• Must provide proof of address in the UK
• Must also provide an employment, and landlord reference where applicable, if you wish to use the deposit replacement
