Commercial Road (Portsmouth town centre) is around 1.5 miles away and Gunwharf Quays being around 2 miles away.
Southsea seafront is around the same distance.
🚌 Transport
The nearest bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk and the nearest train stations are Portsmouth & Southsea and HIlsea, both just under 2 miles away in opposite directions and the closest motorway junction is the M275 that is just a 2 minute drive.

• Must provide proof of address
• Must be permanently employed or self-employed for more than 1 year
• Must prove income of at least 36x the monthly rent
• Must have a fair to excellent credit score with Experian
• Must have no active CCJ’s or IVA’s
