Unite Students Chaucer House Replacement Tenant

I am looking for a replacement tenant swiftly for my ensuite room at Chaucer House, Portsmouth. Chaucer House is central and ideally located, being next to the rail station, and all university campuses are within a 5-10 minute walk. Commercial road is about a 5-10 minute walk away, where there’s an abundance of shops (e. g. Tesco’s, Primark, Iceland, banks, fast food). Chaucer itself has two common areas (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, which conveniently is the same floor my room is on), a study space, laundry, printing, vending machines and a free gym. The room itself is modern, with a black and gray aesthetic. The room size is comfortable, the desk is large and the bed is 3/4 size. There is plenty of storage too, including ‘under the bed’ (lift the mattress). The kitchen has a couch, an island with chairs, two fridges, two ovens and hobs, and two sinks (also toaster, kettle, microwave), and plenty of cupboards. Just ask the flatmates and they’ll help allocate you space in the fridge and cupboards. The flatmates are friendly and respectful.

You must be a student in order to be a tenant at Chaucer House.

The tenancy can begin now and is until July 22nd 2023. There is no security deposit or extra costs besides the £165 p/w which included all bills (WiFi, electric, water etc).
