Unique opportunity - Double room in empty house

This is a unique offer that I'm well aware won't suit everyone but hopefully for the right person is a great opportunity!

I have a spare double room to rent in a 3 bed house near Fratton station. I live here but travel a lot for work, about 80% of the time I'm out of the country so you would have the whole house to yourself. However the catch, (there's always a catch!) I bought the house as a project, it needed completely redoing and am still in the middle of renovating it. It's liveable but is not yet a beautifully decorated space, the bedroom for rent and the living room have been redone but the rest is still a work in progress (there's a lot of yellow paint and woodchip wallpaper!)

I'm fully aware this is not for most people but hopefully would suit someone who would be happy to live in a renovation in exchange for, most of the time, the whole house to yourself. If you are keen on diy/some form of trade and want to chip in I would also welcome that and could agree rent reduction in exchange however not necessary at all.

Must be reliable and trustworthy.

Rent includes double bedroom, shared living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom.
There is a small garden and on street permit parking available.

Bills included: Council tax (Band B), water, internet, cleaner every fortnight. Gas/electric to be split and paid extra as charged.
