I have 2 amazing dogs (a staffy and a bulldog) so new lodgers would need to be ok with them and obviously have no allergies to dogs.
There's a shared front room, kitchen diner, bathroom and toilet room along with a shared garden and conservatory. No smoking or vaping allowed.
The new lodger would be expected to help keep the house clean and tidy (along with myself and the current lodger).
I'm a friendly person who loves my dogs more than anything!
