📋Tenancy Referencing Process
To ensure a smooth and secure renting experience for all residents, all applicants are required to complete a standard referencing process before a tenancy can be confirmed.

This typically includes:

✔ Employment and income verification
✔ Employer/work reference
✔ Credit and affordability checks
✔ Previous landlord reference (where applicable)

A holding deposit of one weeks rent may be required to reserve the room whilst referencing is carried out. Successful applicants will then be invited to sign the tenancy agreement and arrange their move- in date.
