🖊Term - Each tenancy will be for a 6 month minimum tern and is subject to satisfactory referencing checks

🆔Right to Rent – Each applicant will be subject to a right to rent check, this is a government requirement since Feb 2016 and this will be carried out with the referencing checks

💰Holding Fee – A holding fee equivalent to one weeks rent we be payable to reserve a room, this fee is non-refundable should be decide not to proceed with the tenancy
