Double Room at The Old Prison

I have a room to rent at The Old Prison in Portsmouth. I’m a working professional live in landlord.

A little bit about me, I keep fairly relaxed during the week, just work and exercise etc. I keep the flat pretty clean at all times. Enjoy going out for a beer.

Looking for a professional that also keeps clean. Preferably someone around my age that has decent banter and is good laugh.

Unfortunately there is no available parking spots, however there is some on road parking in the surrounding streets if you can nab a spot.

The bathroom is technically shared however the only thing I will use in there is the shower.

The kitchen/diner/living room is spacious and comfortable, perfect for winding down after a long day.

Amenities include;
WiFi, Amazon Prime, bedroom and living room Alexa, Air Fryer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, full Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Electric Hob.

I have plenty of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking equipment to use! Comes with all the bells and whistles to live. You need not bring anything but yourself and personal belongings. Happy for you to furnish your room as you see fit!
