Portsmouth double room - Must be a dog lover

Double room available from September approximately. 1 friendly dog lives in property, other pets are definitely considered. Renovations will be made on kitchen, bathroom and garden. If you have your own furniture that would be great, otherwise it can be provided. I'm a shift worker so am not often home or I'm working away. Ideally looking for a housemate that likes thier own space but wants to be social occasionally too. I love cooking, fitness and spending time in the garden so if we share the same interests that would be a bonus too.
