Cool double room - super chilled flat

We are Robynne and Tanya, a couple in our 30s, living in our 2 bedroom flat in Fratton with our two cats Albus and Juno.

We have a lovely room to rent which has been freshly painted, with a comfy double bed and mattress topper, wardrobe and large cupboard and under bed storage

Our flat is calm and quiet, we aren’t party animals but enjoy the odd beer! We like gaming, cooking, going to gigs, reading, knitting… We go out a lot travelling, camping and walking in nature.

The lodger will have to like cats as they are part of our family, will also need to work full time out of the home. Preferably female late 20s/early 30s and above.

We would like to do a 3 month agreement and can extend it again if we are all happy at the end of that contract.

The kitchen has your own freezer, fridge and cupboard space. The flat has great gas central heating and washing machine, amazing Wifi, comfy sofa and its own private entrance with downstairs hallway space. Lodger is welcome to use all the cleaning products and kitchen utensils and pans etc :) We like our home to be clean and tidy.

Rent includes all the bills, Netflix, Wi-Fi
