A lovely fully furnished double room in a refurbished modern house in Central Portsmouth, Close to all amenities, Baffins Pond, 2 min walk to all bus routes and Walking distance from anywhere you may need to get to in portsmouth and it's outskirts.

The property has two toilets, one Bathrooms, a large social living area, separate dinning room and a newly vamped Garden.

Sharing with two Professional females in a three/four bedroom house. we are both social and friendly but also have a busy work/social life and enjoy being out and about. we're looking for a third person. We both work full time and are highly motivated. We believe that you become the people you surrond yourself with so it's import we find someone who also shares similar life principles.

The bedroom is furnished with a built in wardrobe, hooks and ample shelving, chest or draws and additional shelvng and hooks. The double room is bright, clean, newley decorated and overlooks the garden.

Most of the house has been refurbish with exposed brick, funky Victorian tiles, modern wallpaper and colours.

we both keep the house imaculate and clutter free, so would also appreciate someone who is house proud and respectful of living this way.
