Double room in Baffins

Nice sized double room. Currently has a decent sofa bed with storage and will provide new mattress ( and other furniture if furnished is required. )

I’m Lorna, 46, used to rent rooms in my old place and have loved living alone the last 18 months but bills are expensive and I miss having someone else in the house.

It is all about meeting someone you can get on with, and who is comfortable living with a live in landlord and who I’m comfortable with too.

I’m pretty chilled, have two cats here. Work from home so I’d like someone who doesn’t.

Decent garden, house is being done up but just needs updated decoration.

I do smoke but only outside. Im also 420 friendly and love to play pool, in a team.

The area the house is in is lovely, terrible parking though. Nice pub at the end of the road. Local bus stops and shops
