Hi. I have one large furnished room, in a three bedroom house, located approximately 10 minute walk from Portchester train station. Room has brand new bed and matress fitted. Wardrobe would fitt al your clothes and belongings. I am happy to upgrade your room with desk or whatever you need. Bus station is approx 1 min walk. The rent is £625 per month including all bills however if your work from home it will be more to pay as heating costs going up and up. Also if you have powerfull gaming PC it would be more to pay for energy bill. The house has a furnished kitchen, living area, and one shared bathroom with all appliances including washing machine and dishwasher. Garden with patio is currently in the middle of being re done. There is space for bike and off-road car parking in front of the house. The house is approximately 5 minute drive for easy access to the motorway as well as Portsdown Hill and the stunning portchester castle. Portchester shops are only a 12 minute walk away for easy shopping. O parallel street you can find takeaways and 2 food stores. I (Rad) am keen to seek a clean, friendly, fun and respectful professional to live with. I am a professional worker and like to enjoy my evenings and weekend relaxing and socialising.
