LETTING INFORMATION AND COSTS

We require £100 to hold the room for you. This £100 is then used towards your move-in costs.

You pay the equivalent of 1 months rent as a deposit initially then the rent on the first day.

Example: Rent = £600, Deposit = £600. Total to move in is £1200. You have paid £100 to hold the room and the remaining amount to pay to move in is £1100

Letting type - Minimum 3 months
Standard tenancy is 12 months (negotiable) with a 6 month break-clause.
