Accommodation consists of TWO large double rooms PLUS your OWN BATHROOM
Room 1 - 3.75m x 3.40m Room 2 - 4.65m x 2.65m
So, you have a bedroom and your own living room plus your own fully fitted bathroom.
We will share a modern fitted kitchen.
The house is an end of terrace with side access to the rear garden so you’ll have secure storage for a bike if you have one.
This accommodation is offered unfurnished BUT all options are available: Unfurnished/Part furnished/Fully furnished.

My current lodger of the last 12 months is relocating for work and has been kind enough to show photos of his accommodation in order to give a better picture of what one might have as their furnishings.

1 person only and I will not consider offers to rent 1 room only. The intention is to provide ample living space for 1 person.
I’ve no preference to male or female but can’t accept anyone who identifies as a cat (or other non human) as I’ve stipulated no pets. Similarly no issues with nationality or language, provided we can communicate on a decent level. I am British and speak good conversational French, poor Dutch and appalling Greek.
I am looking for a professional, working person. A non smoker.
I myself work part time and mess about in my workshop part time.
