Trafalgar Hall Student Studio

I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my studio from mid-June. The studio is spacious and feels like a one-bedroom flat — the bathroom and kitchen are completely separate rooms. There’s also plenty of space for a living area (you'll get a sofa and a big round table) where you can relax or hang out with friends

The room is on the 14th floor (top floor), so you won’t hear any annoying footsteps above, and you’ll have beautiful sea views! The rent is £179 per week, with all bills and WiFi included. There’s also a laundry room on the ground floor for residents

The studio is in Trafalgar Hall, a student accommodation building, so you must be a full-time student, and the room is for single occupancy only.

The contract runs until 13th September. You can move in around early or mid-June — the exact date can be discussed.
