Spacious Furnished Room Is Shared House

I have three rooms, in two different houses. In one, the tenants are very clean and club together to keep the place in ship-shape condition. The room in this house is £630pcm, has two toilets and one bathroom.
In the other house, which is currently empty and has just been decorated, the rooms are both £670pcm. One has an en suite shower, and the other is right next to the bathroom.
I don't take a deposit, but I require a month's rent in advance. If you pay monthly, that would be 2 months' rent up front. If you paid weekly, you would be a month plus a week's rent.
All bills included, including council tax, but that does not mean unlimited. You cant leave everything on and leave the house, or run a lead out to charge an electric car, or have electric heaters in the room, it's classed as sensible usage. fast wifi, which I give for free, so as long as you obey the house rules, you can use the wifi.
