I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Crown Place Portsmouth; it’s a 2-Bed Apartment Plus on the 17th floor with a private ensuite and shared kitchen with just one other person. The room is approx 17-18 sqm, fully furnished with a small double bed, underbed storage, desk, wardrobe, and personal fridge space. The shared kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven and fridge/freezer. Tenancy runs from 12th September 2025 to 17th July 2026 (44 weeks) at £203 per week (£8,932 total). Bills are all inclusive. The property also offers a laundry room, bike storage, cinema room, WiFi, games area, study area, communal lounge, onsite gym and a private dining room.
