Our semi‑detached home is calm, friendly and welcoming, ideal if you want somewhere quiet to unwind after work. We’re in one of Portsmouth’s greenest areas, just a 2‑minute walk to the bus stop, Baffins Pond, the local pub, parks and local shops. Southsea and the city centre are only 10 minutes away by car. Direct route in and out of the city via the Eastern Road.
The guest room is located at the back of the house overlooking the garden, offering extra privacy and a restful night’s sleep.

You’re also welcome to leave your belongings in the room over the weekend, so you don’t need to pack up each time.
Please note: The boiler is located inside a cupboard within this bedroom. It is fully enclosed, serviced annually with a valid Gas Safety Certificate, and the room is fitted with a carbon monoxide alarm for complete peace of mind.

Stays of 3 or 4 nights are welcome

• 3 nights: £110 per week
