A peaceful, homely base in the heart of Baffins — perfect for contractors, NHS staff and professionals working daytime hours in Portsmouth during the week.

Our semi‑detached home is calm, friendly and welcoming, ideal if you want somewhere quiet to unwind after work. We’re in one of Portsmouth’s greenest areas, just a 2‑minute walk to the bus stop, Baffins Pond, the local pub, parks and local shops. Southsea and the city centre are only 10 minutes away by car. Direct route in and out of the city via the Eastern Road.

The guest room is located at the back of the house overlooking the garden, offering extra privacy and a restful night’s sleep.

You’re also welcome to leave your belongings in the room over the weekend, so you don’t need to pack up each time.

Please note: The boiler is located inside a cupboard within this bedroom. It is fully enclosed, serviced annually with a valid Gas Safety Certificate, and the room is fitted with a carbon monoxide alarm for complete peace of mind.

Please note: electric hobs are not available for guest use.

• Free on‑street parking available (can be busy at peak times, but nearby roads also available)
• No permits or restrictions in our area
• Driveway upgrade in progress — a dedicated parking space will be available soon. This may be offered depending on individual needs.

Driveway parking may be available depending on your work pattern — small £10 weekly supplement applies.

• Hot meals enjoyed in the dining room (keeps bedrooms fresh)
• Shared spaces left as you found them

💼 Practicalities

We kindly ask for a two‑week deposit, along with the first week’s rent upfront.
Rent is then paid weekly in advance.

We ask for either a reference or proof of employment — whatever is easiest for you.

Stays of 3 or 4 nights are welcome
• 4 nights: £130 per week
• 3 nights: £110 per week
