Accommodation is upstairs with a large double bedroom and another room overlooking the garden, which can be used as a dining room or living room. Fully furnished.
Shared use of kitchen, bathroom which has a walk-in shower and garden with patio.
Use of own separate fridge and freezer and the shared use of built in cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer.
DSS is most welcome as long as the rent is paid direct to the landlord.
All bills included with reasonable energy use, including internet / wi fi.
It’s a nice family type home.
