We have a lovely clean modern friendly house in Central Portsmouth and looking for available for temporary only stays advertised rate is for the maximum 3 months stay, slightly higher for shorter stays plus weekly rate available. About the room :it's a very small double / single it currently has a small double bed in it... nicely furnished with a smart TV wardrobe cupboards and bedside stand..
About the house : Beautiful and large kitchen diner with frothy coffee machine, oven, gas hob and microwave.. Central heating throughout washing machine (1 load free per week).. Beautiful and clean bathroom with electric and gas showers plus a large bath..
Rear patio with washing line, gas bbq, table, chairs and parasol.. and Apple tree
Parking by permit from Portsmouth Council for temporary parking available.
The room price is fully inclusive and based on someone being out of the house during working hours so not using utilities throughout the day... Home working is OK with an extra charge to cover the extra utilities used.
Room rent/charge, as this is a temporary / holiday let in effect is in advance for the entire period please otherwise formal referencing and passing credit checks etc will be required
