Rear patio with washing line, gas bbq, table, chairs and parasol.. and Apple tree
Parking by permit from Portsmouth Council £30 per year
The room price is fully inclusive and based on someone being out of the house during working hours so not using utilities throughout the day... Home working is OK with an extra charge to cover the extra utilities used.
