Quiet, Spacious Home – Ideal for Independent Professionals (25+)
Two small double rooms available in a well-maintained 3-bedroom house, ideal for single working professionals looking for a calm, respectful place to live.

The house has 2 shared lounges, a dining annex and kitchen, so there’s plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded. There are two bathrooms, which makes shared living easy and practical.
Parking is a big plus here — there’s a private driveway with space for 2–3 cars. The garden is fairly low maintenance with seating area, and a greenhouse if you have a greenthumb.

I’m away most of the week, so this would suit mature, self-sufficient lodgers (preferably 25+) who are happy managing day-to-day things themselves and can deal sensibly with any minor issues if they come up (e. g. contacting a plumber).
Looking for people who are:

-Quiet, clean, and respectful
-Drug-free
-Not into regular parties or frequent loud guests

This is a relaxed house with good vibes, and the expectation of no drama or anything stress inducing. If you value privacy, independence, and a peaceful living environment, this should suit you well.
