The house offers plenty of shared space, including two separate lounges, a dining annex, and a fully equipped kitchen — giving everyone room to unwind without feeling on top of each other. There are also two bathrooms, making day-to-day living easy and convenient.
One of the standout features is the parking: a private driveway with space for 2–3 cars. Outside, there’s a low-maintenance garden with a seating area, plus a greenhouse for anyone who enjoys gardening.
As I’m away for much of the week, this home would best suit self-sufficient, considerate lodgers who are comfortable managing independently and handling minor household matters sensibly if needed.
