You will pay the current price for the studio (265 pound per week)
You take over my lease until the end. Stanley studio's will take you information, and you sign the contract for the studio.
Rooms are available for next schoolyear, so you can stay in the building if you really like it!

Why lease take over?
Booked the studio for my internship. Internship didn't work out, now I am stuck with a room until the 03/07/2026 in a country I don't live in.
