Chaucer House

I’m looking for someone to replace my en-suite room at Chaucer House from 1st of July. Chaucer House is just 10-minute walk and a 4-minute drive from the University of Portsmouth. Also, Chaucer House lies between the Portsmouth and Southsea train stations. En-suite room is equipped with a comfortable 3/4 size double bed, a desk and chairs for studying, a spacious wardrobe for storage, and curtains for privacy. Additional amenities include a bedside table, fridge freezer, washbasin, microwave oven, cooking hobs, dustpan and brush, iron with an ironing board, mop and bucket, vacuum cleaner, stools, and a ventilation system. The room also features a breakfast bar, a kitchen bin, sofas, a mirror, and under-bed storage, ensuring that students have everything they need for a comfortable and productive stay. You will need to sign a replacement tenancy agreement with Chaucer House.
