Due to a last minute change of plans, we are looking for a student to take over the lease of my son’s student room at Rosalind Franklin Hall at the University of Portsmouth.
The hall is owned and run by Unite Students and you will required to enter into an agreement with them to take over the lease.
The room is in a mixed sex flat of 4 to 6 students within the Hall and is self catered. The room is classed as a Large Standard Double and has an en-suite bathroom. There is a communal kitchen/dining area.
The room is available from 12/09/2027 until 19/06/2027 (the University of Portsmouth academic year)
The payment schedule is:
£2331.45 on 02/10/2026
£2262.87 on 05/01/2027
£2262.88 on 20/94/2027
All bills are included and wifi is provided.
