Double Room to Let in Baffins, Portsmouth

This lovely room is quiet and at the rear of the house overlooking the garden, it has a double bed and there is ample hanging/storage space. Use of the kitchen and bathroom are included. Bills are included with the exception of telephone.

I am looking for a mature, quiet and preferably male lodger however I am prepared to consider a lady also.

Parking is available on the road outside the house or there may be a garage available for extra. We can discuss that when you call.

As the landlord, I am the only other occupant of the house.
