Large south facing double room with own bathroom

Large double room with south facing window in a new build 4 bed town house. Use of own bathroom (shower, bath & toilet) in adjoining room. Part furnished- double bed, wardrobe, shelves, draws and a desk. Sky HD multi room is provided.

Cosham train station is a 10 minute walk from the house and there is a direct connection to the a27/m27 as well. 10 minute drive to central Portsmouth (£8 in a taxi) and the ferries. There is parking around but it is side of road parking, the house has one allocated space only.

I do have a gym room in the house, welcome to use provided your not an early bird gym bunny or late night trainer! I am a professional working in the banking sector so week days after work are pretty chilled out, I like my home to be a peaceful and relaxed place for me. Weekends consist of a mix of relaxing and socialising. Occasionally I have friends stay over but there is a separate spare room on the top floor that I use for this. I have friendly cats but they are in and out via a cat flap so not an issue.

I am more than happy to interact with a house mate but would also like to keep a reasonable level of privacy as well, this isn't a house share. The kitchen is the only shared facility offered with allocated space in the fridge, freezer and cupboards.
