I have a decent sized double room available for a professional Monday to Friday.

Overlooking the marina the room has its own private shower room and wc. Constant hot water.

Built in wardrobe, loads of storage, use of iron, ironing board etc if needed.

There is a private parking space right by the front door, lift to first floor and use of the small private gym and swimming pool is included.

Apartment is professionally cleaned every Monday

Use of large lounge and kitchen, fibre optic broadband and all sky channels in HD.

I am a busy professional and usually out of the flat by 6. 30 and rarely back before 8.

Suitable for a quite working professional and not available at weekends although an occasional weekend stay is ok.

Better value and better quality than the local hotels.
