Private parking is outside the front door. Broadband is available. The house is in a quiet residential area in Farlington. There is a bus route into Cosham or town two minutes away. The bus takes 10 minutes to get to Cosham and QA hospital. IBM is 10 minutes away. There is easy access to the M27 and the A3 which is 5 minutes away. There is a local Tesco express 2 minutes away and Sainsbury's 5 minutes away. I would like a female non smoker who is not a party person. Someone quiet and tidy.
