Friendly live in landlord living in a 3 bed terraced house that has a well kept kitchen, shower room and a garden (with pop up hot tub).

Double glazing, gas central heating and gas cooker. Parking isn't allocated but plenty of street parking available.

Bills included; council tax, TV license, water, electricity, gas and internet/WiFi, and I have a cleaner once a week for the communal areas.

situated fairly close to the motorway, the town centre and train station/bus stop.

The room comes with double bed (includes linen), chest of drawers, bedside cabinets & wardrobe.

Looking for a clean and tidy professional who would benefit from renting a room that's great value for money and in a mid city property.

I look after a dog from time to time when the owners are on holiday.
