The room is located at the back of the property, overlooking the garden therefore is a very quiet room.

The house benefits from a living in landlord and tenant that likes to keep the house clean and tidy. The new tenant must be clean and tidy and clean up after themselves through the house.

The room is only suitable for one person.

On street Parking is available but will require a permit to be purchased from the council (about £125 a year), however there is parking without a permit available within a 5 minute walk.

The house is conveniently situated just a 10 min walk from London Road and about 30 mins from the city centre. There are also buses excellent bus routes from the top of the road that go pretty much everywhere in the city.
