Refurbished house close to station,uni & shops

The house is just a couple of minutes' walk from Fratton station, 10 mins to Commerical Road and about 15-20 mins to Southsea. I bought it 6 years ago and fully renovated it. I was living there with housemates but have moved away.

There is a large kitchen with a table and chairs, 8-ring gas cooker, double oven and grill, fridge-freezer and washing machine.

The living room feels very spacious due to the high ceilings.

The bedroom has a double bed, built-in shelves and a free-standing wardrobe. There is space for a desk if you need one.

The floors are all laminate downstairs and floorboards upstairs.

The garden is a small courtyard - good for hanging out the laundry, or chilling outside in the summer. There's space down the side of the house to store push bikes.

This house is for someone who is clean but not a clean freak, relaxed but not a 'bring the party home' type. Everyone living here is sociable, up for a chat but also lead their own busy lives.
