Double room to rent £450 pcm all bills included

Hi my name is Debbie and i am have a two bedroom property in Agincourt Road, Portsmouth. I am looking at renting my other double bedroom which is fully furnished for £450 per calendar month with all bills included. With the bedroom comes a double bed, lots storage and you would also have a living room area downstairs to yourself which is also fully furnished and the use of the room is also in the rental cost. Would be shared other facilities such as bathroom which has bath and shower, toilet, kitchen and garden, but you would have your own space in each room to keep belongings etc. I work part time and i am out most of the time but would be home 4 to 5 nights a week, i want a lodger who is quiet, non smoker and someone who is clean and tidy. House is located near several shops, 5 mins walk to north end, 10 min walk to commerical road. Please let me know if you are interested room available from July 2018.
