It’s a nice spacious house in residential area of Baffins. Close to St Mary’s Hospital, parks, shops and amenities.
The seafront is a bus ride away, only a two minute walk to the bus stops with routes to all areas of Portsmouth and out of the city
Bills are included, however if wanting to work from home , an additional charge will need to be negotiated..
