Hi my name is Denise and I live in Baffins with my son Connor who is a barber and our cat Lola. I

I have a double room available from 1st January 2026.

We are a friendly household, clean and tidy with a relaxed atmosphere. I am a professional counsellor and work part time from home for the NHS.

It’s a nice spacious house in residential area of Baffins. Close to St Mary’s Hospital, parks, shops and amenities.
The seafront is a bus ride away, only a two minute walk to the bus stops with routes to all areas of Portsmouth and out of the city.

The rent is £550 per calendar month to be paid on the 1st of every month. Bills are included, however if wanting to work from home , an additional charge will need to be negotiated.

One month deposit of £550 and references are required before moving in and a Lodger contract signed.

There is an additional charge of £20 per month for a cleaner, for the cleaning of communal areas.
