Standard Letting Fees Information for Tenants

£45 Holding fee is payable in order for us to proceed with the tenancy application. This covers referencing one adult. This fee in it s entirety will pay for the administration fee which covers the costs of drawing up paperwork and reference checks including credit checks, right to rent checks and bank, landlord and employment references. This is non refundable except in the cases where satisfactory references have been received but the landlord has decided not to proceed with the tenancy.
