The house has a communal kitchen, ground floor toilet with another separate toilet and bathroom on the first floor. Please note, there is no communal lounge in the property.

There is a washing machine in the kitchen.

The only bill not included in the stated cost is a tv license.

Communal areas are cleaned fortnightly and cleaning products are also left in the communal areas to keep everything spick and span! The current tenants pretty much keep themselves to themselves but all get along well.
