A good sized bedroom within a victorian house, with king size bed, wardrobe ,decorated with style and good quality furnitures. Located at the quite side of the house overlooking back garden and next to the shared bathroom.

All three bedrooms are located in first floor.

Ground floor: Good size and modern kitchen with annex of conservatory and little sitting area, leading to utility room and back garden.

The house in vicinity of all transport links, shops, town center and university campus

Currently we are two female professionals living in the house. For convenience only 3 people maximum share the house, including house owner who is not around weekdays.

No allocated parking only road parking in the area.
All bills included.
Sorry no couples no DSS and will only consider occupants in full time employment age over 25 ( preferrably not working from home) .
