Comfortable Double room available in a non smoking house. Looking for a mature student /professional to share with three males in their mid twenties . The house has an open plan lounge diner and kitchen area and has bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs. It has a paved courtyard garden that is secure for bikes etc. We also have a cleaner & gardener that comes every two weeks so it is always clean and presentable.

The property is a 5 minute walk from Fratton train station, close to pubs & restaurants with easy access out of town.

Each tenant receives a professional tenancy agreement and document pack for the property detailing rent breakdown, bills, gas/electric checks, cleaning rota, utility service guide (water turn off/dustbin day etc) at the start of their tenancy.

All references checked and contract drawn up free of charge.

The landlord lives in Southsea and any issue's will be quickly addressed..
