This is not a flat but very homely room in our house with very friendly helpful couple. Convenient for central Southampton, Winchester, Portswood. .and buses and trains. The room is a large single.
,we live in Roselands Gardens in Highfield so very near to the university, we have had many students in the past and this room is now occupied until end of September 23 Enquiries welcome for that date onwards.. Everything is included in the price so there are no bills on top. It's important to say it isn't a student house it is homely accommodation in a good residential area. Room has central heating, TV ,bed, desk chair storage and wifi ,tea and coffee facilities, would suit older students masters, PhD or staff. This is a very comfortable home with nice room for your studies you have use of kitchen ,dining room and lounge also washing machine and dryer.
