Located in a great shared house (HMO) on Woodside Road in the popular location of Portswood.

Woodside Road comes with easy access to Southampton City Centre as well as Portswood High Street and the university and great transport connections

The room comprises a bed, wardrobe bedside cabinet, bookshelf, and a desk.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

This shared house is a well-maintained mid-terrace house that comprises a living/dining area and kitchen as well as a garden.

The bathroom/shower room, located on the first floor has a double shower cubical, rainfall shower, and heated flooring.

The bathroom is shared by only three of the rooms in the house as one of the four rooms has its own en-suite. There is also an additional WC and washing facilities on the ground floor.

The rooms all come fully furnished with all bills included, this also includes free high-speed broadband ( 350mb ) and TV, so no need to worry about any additional costs.

We also provide cleaning services every two weeks and a gardener who comes in monthly.

The property also comes with double glazing and gas central heating.

Our priority is making sure our tenants are safe and comfortable but from a far distance until we are needed.

Internal viewings are absolutely essential to appreciate the accommodation and location.
