Full furnished flat with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and a small dining room. All bills covered with in the listed rent price. Couples would split the listed amount between them I assume. There is parking on the road outside. Never seen it without parking spaces.

I work Evenings during weekdays and weekends. So I don't mind a bit of noise and the you will have free reign of the flat most of the time. I also like to bake a fair bit so the kitchen may occasionally smell of cookies ect.
