Portswood room to rent

A double room to rent a short walk to St Deny’s train station with one flatmate. As well as your bedroom you will also have your own private second room/living room. Kitchen and bathroom is shared. Flatmate works 40 hours a week and is quiet and clean to live with. LGBTQ+ friendly/part of the queer community and seeking a likeminded flatmate. I tend to keep to myself but am also partial to movie nights here and there.
Both rooms will be unfurnished but previous tenant has stated he can leave his bed and frame if needed (not the one in the pictures as this was from an old tenancy). Kitchen comes with fridge freezer, washer/dryer, oven and hob.
Bills including gas/electricity, water, council tax, virgin media wifi is around £180 a month so overall cost is around £810 per month.
No pets currently but landlord has always stated they would be happy to discuss.
Current ongoing tenant (myself, Andy!) has been living here since November 2019 and never had any problems with the landlord and her husband who is on hand for any handyman related queries if ever needed.
