The house has 900mbs Toob Wifi and it is a 10 minute walk away from St denies train station. There is free on the road parking which always has available spaces and does not require a permit ☺️
It is also very close to the main Portswood strip , for food shopping and pubs. Southampton center / Eastleigh are also only a short drive or bus away!

The bottom floor consists of a private back door that’s accessed in the garden that will lead into your kitchen, through there is a large double room, then the utility room and the bathroom.

The double bedroom will have a double bed , a set of draws and a TV. The room also has lots of plug sockets which include USB slots.

The bathroom has a shower and a bath. On the left hand side there is also extra storage for a set of draws or whatever you would like!

The utility section has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The utility section will be shared with the couple that live above but as one of them works from home , they can do their washing during the day so you have private access to this in the evenings.
This area also has a fridge/freezer which will be for your own private use.

The house has a shared back garden that you are free to use whenever you want. 🏡

The couple that live above are working professionals.
They are social so in the summer especially there will be BBQs in the garden.

The rent cost does not include bills , we ask for £85 on top of the rent contribute towards Gas, Electric , water , council tax , wifi.
